PBX Incidents & 10H of Consultative Support.


1 year support contract for your Asterisk servers. This plan will allow you to access our support team by online chat and email Mon-Fri PST business hours. You will be entitiled to priority upgrades that are released throughout the year for AsteriskWin32.

Typical support tasks are:
  • configuration of IP telephone clients, incl. softphones, ATAs and hardware IP phones
  • setting up a dialplan with auto-attendant, voicemail, inbound and outbound dialing
  • configuration of inbound and outbound connections with VoIP service providers
  • troubleshooting of VoIP connectivity and SIP NAT traversal problems
  • configuration/troubleshooting of PSTN interfaces
